Quick and Easy Breakfast Ideas for Cold Winter Mornings

 The Most Important Meal of the Day...is it really?

 As we know weekdays can be very busy with late nights and early mornings and we always find ourselves rushing out the door in the morning barely having time to grab a bite to eat you're not alone in the hustle and bustle of everyday life breakfast is the first thing that we always seem to lack in our crunch mornings however skipping breakfast can leave you feeling sluggish and honestly unfocused at the whole day unable to keep the energy going the whole day. so I'm here to share some easy breakfast ideas that will fuel your body and your mind and that you can either just grab or prepare the night before. 

Breakfast is often told that it is the most important meal of the day and many think it's a myth this is true because it jump-starts your metabolism and pledges you can close levels. it also provides essential nutrients to keep your body functioning the whole day. despite it's important as many teenagers especially still skip practice to do a busy schedule or just the lack of appetite in the morning. Still, once it becomes a regular part of your routine you'll quickly notice the difference it makes in your energy levels mood, and overall well-being. So, even on the busiest mornings, take a few minutes to nourish your body with a balanced breakfast, you will thank yourself later. 

Protein and Nut Bars

  • RXBARS: these are a lifesaver and in so many situations have been fill-ins for my breakfast and even lunches. These bars are protein-packed but not synthetic, completely simple, and wholesome ingredients such as egg whites, nuts, and dates.   • Egg and Cheese Croissant: If you have a few minutes to spare, whip up a simple egg and cheese. croissant The protein in the egg and cheese will keep you full, while the carbohydrates in the croissant provide a quick source of energy. This delicious breakfast is both delicious and filling, perfect for busy mornings when you need a hearty meal to start the day.
